Elly Completed her studies of Myotherapy at MIMT in 2016 and moved to Bendigo after growing up in Seymour.
Elly has worked in the Allied Health industry since 2014, gaining experience working alongside other Allied Health professionals in clinics of physiotherapists, Exercise physicians, Dieticians, Podiatrists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Myotherapist’s. Elly has also worked as Head Sports Trainer closely with the GVFL, EDFL, BNFL Football and Netball leagues since her Career begun managing sporting injuries and implementing prevention protocols.
Elly is passionate about the health and wellbeing of her clients and believes touch can be a powerful tool. Along with other tools such as Cupping, Dry Needling, Prescribed exercise, Remedial Massage and educating clients on potential lifestyle Factors contributing to the pain and dysfunction, is something that Elly takes pride in.
Elly believes a stable, strong and efficient lumbopelvic region allows the body to function normally and keep active-The key to a happy body! Sporting injuries, Women’s Health and the management of Headaches is also in Elly’s interest.
During Elly’s downtime when she’s not on the sidelines of sporting Games, you will find Elly being active with her adorable pooch Alby or getting stuck into never ending home renovations.
Elly has Post graduate certificates in myofascial cupping, lifestyle factors that influence neuroinflammation, pre and post natal myotherapy, functional fascial taping and sports taping.
